I'm also from Dr. Berg because YT thinks my arms are too wobbly 😆Thx to Dr. Berg and YT. I used to do bodybuilding and love training with weights but I don't feel like spending 1.5 hours training anymore. It's so great that there are influencers who don't just post bodyweight workouts. It was fun, I misjudged the weights and fell off the bench during the dips because I had no more strength. Thanks for the new inspiration in the home gym 🤗

Please define what "shouldn't aren't shrugging up towards your ears" means. My shoulders move up as I lift the weights up, I don't know which part of it is a "shrug". ??????????????????????????

I'm aware this is an older video, but every time I try following most of the exercises, my ankles really, really feel the burden. Is this normal if I don't have much developed near my joints? I have some joints that are hypermobile and have flat feet, if that's the reason. I've tried adjusting my form, but my ankles are still taking the brunt of eveything, especially the sides of my ankles, and sometimes my shins. I'm really focusing on form so I'm a bit lost!
